I take pictures of people,
slowly, in north-facing daylight, the way my grandmother took them — kindly.
My studio is on Kingosgade in Frederiksberg. Tall windows face north; the light is even, a little blue, always honest.
I shoot digital, but I light and print it like film. Honest colours, open shadows, warm whites. Small prints.
