Service

Kingofoto offers photography sessions (portrait, boudoir, family, and couples). A booked session includes a fifteen-minute pre-call, a scheduled session at Kingosgade or on location, and the delivery of a defined number of edited digital frames as described on the Sessions page.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25 % VAT (moms). Travel outside the City of Frederiksberg is quoted separately.

Deposit and payment

  • 50 % of the session price is due at booking as a deposit.
  • The remaining 50 % is due on the session day.
  • Invoices are issued in DKK and payable within seven days to the bank account listed on the invoice.

Delivery

Edited photographs are delivered within six weeks of the session via a private online gallery. Files are supplied in high-resolution JPEG for personal use.

Usage rights

  • The client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered photographs for private, personal purposes (prints, frames, online sharing among friends and family).
  • Commercial use — advertising, paid endorsement, press, resale — is not included and must be licensed separately in writing.
  • Kingofoto retains copyright in the photographs. Kingofoto may display selected frames on this site and on Instagram only if the client has given prior written consent (see Privacy).

Complaints

Complaints should first be sent to box@kingofoto.dk. If we cannot resolve the complaint, you may refer it to the Danish consumer complaints board, Forbrugerklagenævnet (forbrug.dk). EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes not otherwise resolved are to be heard by the competent court at the Danish place of business of Kingofoto.
